A 69-year-old woman with bilateral breast implants and a newly inserted ventriculoperitoneal shunt presented 4-day history of swelling the right breast. There were no signs infection blood tests normal. With help ultrasound, mammogram, computed tomography, distal catheter was found to be surrounding implant. During surgery tunneled away from reinserted into peritoneal cavity. She discharged next day. Ventriculoperitoneal migration is rare complication that can lead cerebrospinal fluid accumulation may avoided by carefully tunneling
